DR. JOSEPH DAMIANI, PT, DPT
Founder, Doctor of Physical Therapy
Joseph earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Manhattan College in 2006 and went on to receive a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 2010.

Prior to opening Skyline Physical Therapy in Wyckoff, NJ, Joseph’s clinical experience as a physical therapist includes his time at two of the Nation's Top Hospitals as Ranked by US News and World Report. The first being the Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan where he was exposed to spine and orthopedic injuries in patients ranging from professional athletes to active adults. The second being Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center in Los Angeles, where his specialty was joint and spine rehabilitation...

Joe is amazing! He is professional, knowledgeable and always adjusting therapy to improve the outcome. He goes the extra mile and is very innovative. He has improved my TMJ symptoms immensely and continues to strive to get me back to optimal health. Before PT I had horrible TMJ pain which continues to improve with each session. I saw Joe while training for a wrestling tournament. I injured my back while training the day before the competition. My pain was so bad that I couldn’t touch my toes. My wife actually had to put my socks on for me! I was devastated because I had trained for months and I thought I wasn’t going to be able to compete like this. I called Joe and he saw me immediately. After 30 minutes of Joe working on me, I was able to painlessly touch my toes. This was a definite improvement, but I was skeptical that the results would last through my tournament. I followed the series of stretches and movements he prescribed and I felt great the day of competition. I was able to wrestle 4 matches the day after not being able to put my own socks on— and I took 1st. I would urge anyone who has a physical problem: come here and get fixed.

I started with the free discovery session. It went really well, Joe showed me the root cause of my pain and how it could be fixed. I learned so much during the discovery session that I decided to go ahead with treatment at Skyline PT. During my time being treated by Joe, I learned a lot about my body and what I should and shouldn’t be doing on a daily basis. Not only did Joe fix my neck, but I learned how to prevent future pain, possibly the most important part of my whole experience there. He used hands-on techniques which I had never been treated with in the past but afterward my neck motion was significantly improved.
