What to do BEFORE & AFTER exercise to Prevent Knee Pain!

Dynamic stretches are a great way to simultaneously warm up and stretch your muscles and joints prior to exercise. When done properly, they can eliminate knee pain and reduce risk for injury during exercise. Traditional (static) stretches are most effective when used after exercise.
